A challenging schedule stands before a young University of Florida soccer team in 2008. Ten teams in Florida's upcoming schedule advanced to the 2007 NCAA Championship, which is more than half of the Gators' 19 regular-season competition dates.
The University of Florida track and field teams capped the NCAA Outdoor Championships finishing ninth in the women's and 15th in the men's competition. Florida scored in five of six possible events. A combined seven athletes earned eight All-America honors for Florida on Saturday.
The University of Florida men's and women's track and field teams turned it up a notch on day three of the NCAA Outdoor Championships. The women's team is in sixth place with through 11 events with 16 points, while the men sit in ninth place through 13 events with 15 points.
Shara Proctor earned All-America honors in the women's long jump, while both University of Florida track and field teams continued to methodically advance on day two of the NCAA Outdoor Championships at Drake Stadium.
